EXCLUSIVE USER RIGHTS:

A banker may want to dominate other bankers in a particular state, country etc. He may want to use it exclusively in that area, grow there by grabbing his competitors' marketshare and eventually acquire them. He can bid for 'exclusive user rights' in that particular area. that is, he will pay a premium and reserve exclusive rights to use Creditmatics against his competitors in that particular state/country. In that case, we will declare in our websit that the area has been exclusively reserved by that banker, and no other user can use Creditmatics there. Any violator will infringe on the exclusive user's rights, and will be liable to pay damages to the exclusive user and also forfiet license to use Creditmatics after that. It goes without saying that a non-exclusive user (US$400/-) can use Creditmatics only where it has not been exclusively reserved by anybody. The moment anyone gets exclusive rights somewhere, the non-exclusive user cannot use it there.

PAYMENT FOR EXCLUSIVE USER RIGHTS:

The banker seeking exclusive rights is expected to bid for exclusive rights of a particular area for a specified time (one year, two years etc.), by offering a big premium price, so that we don't sell rights to any other banker in that area. If we are impressed by his premium offer, we may give him exclusive user rights for that area for that specified time (one year, two years etc.). If we think the premium price is not big enough, the banker is required to make a bigger bid. Incase there are more than one banker vying for a particular area - say, USA, then the highest bidder will be awarded the exclusive user rights for that area for that specified time.
